Please take the time to read these Terms of Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") before using the Website or submitting any purchase requests. For any purchases made on the Website, You (hereafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the Website operator will be bound by these Terms, which will regulate how you use the Website.

We encourage You to stop using the Website and not to make any purchases through it if You have not read and/or understood these Terms.


1.1 Seeonix Ltd is the company that runs the website. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Knee Massager throughout the website. Knee Massager grants you, the user, access to this website and all of its resources, goods, and services in exchange for your acceptance of all of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices shown here.

1.2 It should be noted that the majority of the products offered for sale on the website are transported from the seller's UK warehouses to customers.

1.3 You must meet the following conditions in order to access the Website and make a purchase.

(a) After reading these terms, you accept that you are bound by them.

(b) You meet the legal age requirements set forth by your jurisdiction's state laws in order to access the Website and sign remote contracts online.

(c) You are not using the Website on behalf of any other natural or legal business entity; rather, you are using it for your own personal use.

1.4 Please be aware that this website is only meant for use by adults. It is not recommended for usage by minors or children.

1.5 After reading these Terms, if there are any sections that you do not fully understand, please contact our customer service staff. Until you have a complete understanding of all the terms and conditions, do not make any purchases on the Website.

1.6 If we have reason to believe that you are not sticking to the rules outlined in Clause 1.3 above or that you are violating any other aspect of these Terms, we reserve the right to block your access to and use of the Website and any of its features.

1.7 Please note that our products will be shipped to you from a seller located in the United Kingdom.


2.1 We sell a variety of consumer items for the home on our website (collectively, "Goods" from now on).

2.2 Every one of our products is created and produced in accordance with the appropriate laws pertaining to household goods as well as the relevant EU rules.

2.3 The products that we sell on our website aren't toys, and kids aren't supposed to use them. Kindly do not allow children to receive these goods without your supervision.

2.4 We now provide the following goods, each with unique features. Please take the time to carefully read the descriptions of the key characteristics of the goods you want to buy.


3.1 When you check out, all of the costs of the goods—excluding VAT will appear on the page.

3.2 The prices for the goods that are listed on the website could vary. At certain times, we might lower our rates or give discounts.

3.3 We keep the right to change or stop offering any products for sale. We will not be responsible to you or any other person for any adjustments we make to the product, including changing the price or suspending or ending sales.

3.4 Kindly note that we do not apply any fees or conversion rates depending on the payment method you select. On the other hand, some banks might charge conversion rates for international and outgoing transactions. As such, we disclaim all liability for any bank charges or exchange rates your bank may impose on payments you make to us. Should you observe differences between the product pricing listed on our website or your purchase receipt and the charges on your bank statement, kindly contact your bank to obtain a comprehensive breakdown of the extra fees.

3.5 Only credit card payments and other electronic payment methods are accepted. With the exception of situations in which "cash on delivery" is an option in your country (you will be informed of this on the checkout page), we do not accept checks, cash, or any other type of payment.

3.6 What happens if we get the price wrong:

Even with our best efforts, there's a chance that some of the products we sell aren't priced correctly. If this is the case, we will either reject your order and notify you of such rejection, or we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before sending the product.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery charges

You will be informed of the delivery fee prior to placing your order, and it will be verified upon order acceptance. Please be aware that our shipping fees can change between deliveries and are based on the size or value of your item as well as your delivery address. Delivery to Northern Ireland is not possible for certain goods.

4.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our control

We shall notify you as soon as possible if an uncontrollable incident causes a delay in the delivery of the products or any related services, and we will take everything to reduce the impact of the delay.

4.3 Changes or cancellations to your order are not accepted once it has been completed and ready for shipping. If you decide to return an item, please see Section 5 ("Returns & Refunds") below for details.


5.1 We sincerely hope you will love your Knee Massager order, but if you change your mind, you can return any items to us within 30 days of receiving them as long as they are undamaged and in resalable condition for a full refund of the product price. contact us. No cancellations or returns are accepted for products that have been installed.

 (a). To cancel your order before it is delivered; there is no need to provide a reason for the cancellation. Simply send us an email at sales@kneemassager.co.uk, or contact us.

(b). Your funds will be refunded to you between 7 to 10 working days.


(a). If an item is not properly packaged, we reserve the right to refuse to cancel pick-up. Items must be returned in their original or suitable packaging.

(b). A £30 collection fee will be subtracted from the total amount you have paid for the items.

(c). If you are returning the items because they were damaged, delivered incorrectly, or incompletely, there won't be a pickup fee.

(d). We are unable to provide a refund to a separate account, therefore please be aware that the method of return will be the same as the payment method used when you placed your transaction.


(a). Within seven days of delivery to you, you must notify us in writing of any damage or errors.

(b). In the unlikely circumstance that the item is delivered broken, defective, or incorrect, please save the packaging; we will need pictures of the boxes. To set up a free replacement, we would need to see pictures of the damage or mismatch on the item that is being reported.

(c). You have fourteen (14) working days to return an item. For any reason.

(d). If you decide to return an item because it is unfit for its intended use, or if you simply decide not to keep it, you will be charged £30 (thirty pounds) for setting up a collection.
